Yummy 4th Birthday Breakfast

I wanted Corina to have a special Breakfast on her Birthday, and I tried brainstorming for something that had to meet a couple of requirements...it had to be special, it had to be yummy, somewhat healthy, and (frugally) something we already had on hand...
so I made this number 4 scone out of fisher scone mix (same stuff from the fair scones)
She thought it was soo cool and yummy too :)
